MODELTOUCH Terms & Conditions
1. Models
All our Models are not employed by MODELTOUCH. They work independently, but have chosen our website to register and eventually meet you only after you as the User (Customer) previously directly agreed the meeting point and the time with your chosen Model. Model’s services and compensation are specified in their profiles. Any additional services is a matter between you as the User (Customer) and your chosen Model.
2. Users (Customers)
Customers shall register as Users in order to contact those Model profiles they find interesting and meet the Models. Registration in MODELTOUCH.com is 100% free, meeting the Models is not. Please select “User” from the Type menu in: http://www.modeltouch.com/Register.aspx and follow the registration procedure.
3. Original Photos
MODELTOUCH only uses genuine and actual photos of the Models. Please understand that when some of our Models may have limited access to their profiles, it is so that they will not be recognised by all Users (Customers). MODELTOUCH require from Users (Customers) a 25 EUR | 32 USD fee in order to instantly confirm to Model that User’s (Customer) profile and photos are real.
4. Respect
Our Models are often new in this business. Some of them are not professionals and do this as a side-line, they either have another job or are studying.
We kindly ask you, as our honoured User (Customer), to also take care of our young Models so that in future they will also have fun in their part-time job. We expect respectful handling of our Models. Only this will create a perfect harmony. If a Model says no for an service, which he/she doesn’t offer, it means NO. Please accept that. Of course, none of our Models will be struck. Should any of our Models be abused, we will undertake all necessary legal steps. Unpleasant occurrences will be registered and sent to the blacklist.
Furthermore, please note that our Models are not allowed to give their private numbers or meet you privately without the website or without website confirmation that your profile is real. Therefore, please do not ask! By doing that, you don’t do our Models a favour.
5. Discretion
Our Models and Users (Customers) can rely on MODELTOUCH for absolute discretion. Any data, which is gathered for necessary payments and arrangements will not be filed, electronically stored or used in any other way except for the purpose of handling the necessary transactions.
6. Booking
Users (Customers) and Models can arrange their appointments only in MODELTOUCH.com. Do not hesitate to get in touch directly!
For their own security Models shall require before each meeting with User (Customer):
- User's (Customer) name;
- Confirmation by User (Customer) of the service/s required and their compensation;
- Exact address of the meeting point, date and time of the meeting;
- For how long User (Customer) would like to have the meeting;
- Confirmation by Modeltouch that User’s (Customer) profile is real.
In the case of international travelling Models shall require additionally a pre-payment of the travel expenses (normally the flight cost) plus 50% of the fixed rate.
7. Cancellation
If User have to cancel, he/she shall contact its chosen Model in advance. Should the Model already be on the way, the travel expenses e.g. taxi fee plus cancellation fee will be charged to User.
Should a Model already booked the flight and in the event where Model do not get a refund from the airline, this amount will be not paid back to User. The 50 % pre-payment will be taken into account for the next booking. However, should the Model already be on his/her way to User, 40 % of the minimum booking term for User’s (Customer) destination will be deducted.
Model is personally responsible to cover all fees to User (Customer) if completely cancels the booking.
8. Payments
MODELTOUCH require from Users (Customers) a 25 EUR | 32 USD fee before each meeting in order to instantly process access to Model information and confirm to Model that User’s (Customer) profile and information are real.
User (Customer) shall transfer the 25 EUR | 32 USD MODELTOUCH FEE before each meeting by clicking on the Pay Now link located in its chosen Model profile.
THE 25 EUR | 32 USD MODELTOUCH FEE REPRESENTS MODELTOUCH COMPENSATION FOR:
- INSTANTLY PROCESSING USER’S (CUSTOMER) ACCESS TO MODEL INFORMATION AND CONFIRMING TO USER THAT MODEL’S PROFILE AND INFORMATION ARE REAL;
- INSTANTLY PROCESSING MODEL’S ACCESS TO USER INFORMATION AND CONFIRMING TO MODEL THAT USER’S PROFILE AND INFORMATION ARE REAL;
- INTERFERE ASAP IF A COMPLAINT OCCURS
THE 25 EUR | 32 USD MODELTOUCH FEE IS NOT A TRANSACTION FOR MODEL’S SERVICES!
User (Customer) shall pay the agreed Model’s compensation directly to its chosen Model at the beginning of the date. Usually Models prefer to obtain the amount in cash. Please ask your chosen Model for payment details and exchange rates. All major currencies are usually accepted.
9. Modeltouch Bonus System
Registered Models can recommend modeltouch.com to new Models. If the new Model register in our website and is approved by our casting department a 10% commission from our fees received in relation with the new model activity will be transferred to the registered model that recommended the new one at the end of each calendar year.
10. Complaints
In the unlikely event, where you are unhappy with your chosen Model or his/her service, please contact us immediately so that we can interfere. After the appointment, we are not able to react, however, any complaints are taken very seriously and it helps us improve our outstanding service.
Site-Wide Behavior
The following represent a set of behaviors we expect all MODELTOUCH members to follow wherever and whenever they use the Site.
- Sexual harassment, bullying, personal attacks and other boorish behavior are not tolerated.
- No unsolicited critiques. If someone has not asked for your critical opinion of their work, please do not give one.
- Do not post anything on the Site that degrades or insults other users.
- Protect Private Information
Respect the privacy of others. Unless you have expressed permission, please do not post private or confidential info such as addresses, email, actual names, phone numbers, personal images, etc. Private messages and CAMs should not be reposted without expressed permission. We refer to publicly calling out people for bad behavior as outing. Regardless of where it happened, we don't allow it here.
- Your profile must meet the MODELTOUCH MEMEBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS at all times, including always having a minimum of four relevant photos in your portfolio and a clear bio on your profile.
- Each individual Model and User (Customer) must have and maintain their own accounts, displaying only their own original pictures.
- Pornographic images are not allowed on the Site.
- No links, logos or watermarks for porn sites are allowed.
- Ultimate discretion in determining acceptable content resides with the moderators and administrators.
- You Must Be You (and no one else)
- No one but the person whose work or face is on a member's profile should be logging in and using any member's account.
- Unless moderators provide approval, agents, managers and talent scouts are forbidden to operate in such capacity on the Site.
- No fake profiles.
- Pretending to be two different people on the site is not allowed.
- Members must be 18 years of age or older.
- We define spam as repeated unsolicited ads and info disseminated indiscriminately across the Site. Do not spam here.
- We do not allow scripts or robots to be used to automate any of the site's features.
- The use of MODELTOUCH as a promotional, advertising, or recruiting tool for any other modeling or networking site is strictly prohibited.
- MODELTOUCH could arbitrate member disputes. However these are best resolved privately and directly.
- Concerning bad working experiences, "Do not recommend MODELTOUCH # so-and-so" is the extent of the negative feedback we allow. You may provide more details when asked.
- Please respect your fellow mods. Cookies yes, abuse no.
- Mods are people too. You may request a different mod if needed.
